Responsibilities
- Management of H&S and facilities procedures.
- Preparation of site-specific risk assessments.
- Overseeing contracts with external providers.
- Financial planning & budget management.
- Managing schedules and accurate record-keeping.
- Managing key accounts and overseeing order processing, collaborating with various inter-company departments including operations & warehouse.
- Monitoring interactions across all customer touchpoints and escalations.
- Working with HR to manage new and existing staff contracts.
- Appraisals, employee development, KPI’s and recruitment.
- Management of company projects such as office refurbs and relocations.
- Organisation of company events.
