A well-organised, problem-solving Office Manager with a proven track record of fostering a positive work environment through collaboration and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  1. Management of H&S and facilities procedures.
  2. Preparation of site-specific risk assessments.
  3. Overseeing contracts with external providers.
  4. Financial planning & budget management.
  5. Managing schedules and accurate record-keeping.
  6. Managing key accounts and overseeing order processing, collaborating with various inter-company departments including operations & warehouse.
  7. Monitoring interactions across all customer touchpoints and escalations.
  8. Working with HR to manage new and existing staff contracts.
  9. Appraisals, employee development, KPI’s and recruitment.
  10. Management of company projects such as office refurbs and relocations.
  11. Organisation of company events.
